We want you to feel confident shopping at EcoTray. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

  • Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned with missing parts
  • Items returned without requesting a return first

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@ecotray.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A short reason (optional but helpful)
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We’ll reply with return instructions.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you cover return shipping.
  • If we made a mistake (wrong item) or your item arrived damaged/defective, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement (case-by-case).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ecotray.co
  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and the shipping label

We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.


6. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us ASAP.
If the order has not been processed/shipped yet, we can cancel it. If it has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process.
